Job Opportunity: Siebel Architect 

About the Role Client operates three major Siebel instances (B2C, B2B, Loyalty) supported under a T&M engagement. With the database running on ExaCC and application migration underway to C3, client requires a dedicated Siebel Architect to ensure stability, performance, and proactive issue resolution during this transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Siebel architecture design and administration across B2C, B2B, and Loyalty instances.

  • Perform system health checks, performance tuning, and configuration assessments to ensure optimal uptime.

  • Oversee Siebel application migration to C3, ensuring seamless integration with ExaCC database.

  • Manage Siebel server infrastructure: installation, upgrades, patching, clustering, and load balancing.

  • Implement security controls, user management, and access policies in line with compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with DBAs, middleware, and infrastructure teams to optimize end‑to‑end system performance.

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex incidents.

  • Document architecture, configurations, and operational procedures for knowledge transfer and audit readiness.

  • Advise stakeholders on best practices, scalability options, and roadmap alignment for Siebel ecosystem.

Candidate Profile

  • Role: Siebel Architect / Technical Consultant

  • Experience: 10+ years Siebel administration & architecture

  • Core Expertise:

    • Siebel Architecture & Administration

    • Performance Tuning & Configuration

    • Migration & Upgrade Projects (ExaCC, C3)

    • Security & Compliance Management
