Job Description
As a DevOps Engineer, you will own the build, release, and deployment processes that deliver AI agent integrations to our customers.
You will design, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable delivery, scalability, and operational efficiency of AI agent solutions across partner environments including Azure and AWS. This role is essential for maintaining seamless deployment automation, operational stability, and effective collaboration across development, QA, and support teams.
Responsibilities:
Build, Release & Deployment
- Manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for software releases across Azure and AWS environments.
- Automate and maintain build, integration, and deployment workflows to support scalable AI agent delivery.
- Define and implement release management strategies, ensuring version control, rollback capability, and traceability.
- Support continuous integration processes with automated testing and quality checks to enable robust production deployments.
Infrastructure & Operations
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across multi‑cloud environments.
- Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and automated scaling across environments.
- Support troubleshooting, incident resolution, and proactive performance monitoring.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and support teams to streamline delivery and reduce deployment friction.
- Work with security and compliance teams to align deployment pipelines with governance, audit, and policy requirements.
- Contribute to DevOps best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps
- Strong hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines for build, deployment, monitoring, and operations across partner or enterprise environments
- Proficiency with AWS, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and related CI/CD ecosystem tools
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, Terraform, and SQL
- Experience supporting deployments involving Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, and relational databases
