Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Specialist to generate and expand demand for the company’s products through regular representation to HCPs (Health Care Professionals). The role involves building the organisation’s image and boosting confidence of HCPs in the organisation’s products by effectively implementing the marketing activities and the product communication strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generating demand for company products and achieving the sales budgets assigned by company.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.
  • Ensuring product enlisting in the accounts from the territory.
  • Ensuring customer coverage and execution of marketing activities as per strategy.
  • Facilitating on-time availability of medicines.
  • Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc

Your internal network will include the Country Head of Philippines, Group Country Head, and the Marketing/Product Manager.

Your external network will include doctors, pharmacists, hospitals/institutions, nurses, the local distributor, local tender agents.

Qualifications

Educational qualification: A Pharma Industry Professional with Management qualification preferred

Minimum work experience: At least 3 years of sales experience in Oncology

Skills & attributes:

  • Good knowledge about customers and territory.
