We're seeking an experienced ABA Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and behavioral health positions. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring leaders to identify, attract, and hire top ABA talent while helping us build a strong, mission-driven workforce.

What You'll Own
- Full-cycle recruitment for RBTs, BCBAs, and other ABA-related positions
- Developing and maintaining robust talent pipelines within the ABA community
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for clinical fit
- Managing candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding activities
- Maintaining accurate ATS records and recruiting documentation
- Tracking recruiting metrics and leveraging data to improve hiring outcomes
- Supporting employer branding initiatives within the ABA industry
You'll Excel Here If You:
- Have experience recruiting RBTs, BCBAs, or other behavioral health professionals
- Understand the ABA industry, certification requirements, and talent market challenges
- Prioritize quality of hire and long-term retention
- Build trust and credibility with candidates and hiring managers
- Are skilled at sourcing passive candidates and developing talent pipelines
- Stay organized while managing multiple requisitions
- Communicate professionally and confidently with candidates at all levels
- Thrive in a remote, collaborative environment
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, with direct ABA recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success hiring RBTs and BCBAs
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
