Position Overview:
AireSpring is seeking a detail-oriented Wireless/Mobility Billing Analyst to support our billing and operational functions for wireless and mobility services. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing billing data, ensuring accuracy, and assisting in process improvements. Your technical skills in SQL and data analysis will be key in maintaining efficient and accurate billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing Analysis & Accuracy: Review and analyze billing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Data Extraction & Reporting: Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data, identifying trends and discrepancies.
- Issue Resolution: Assist in identifying and resolving billing-related issues by working closely with IT, finance, and customer service teams.
- Process Optimization: Support process improvement initiatives to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on best practices and trends in wireless/mobility billing to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
