Job Description

What will you be doing?

We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Restructuring Services team in London as Team Administrator on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. This is a fast paced role offering exposure to a wide range of administrative and team support activities.

As Team Administrator, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and engagement letters
  • Supporting billing and processing invoices through NetSuite
  • Managing diaries, meetings, travel, and bookings
  • Handling calls and general enquiries professionally
  • Supporting client onboarding, including AML checks
  • Processing expenses and assisting with timesheets
  • Conducting basic research (e.g. Companies House searches)
  • Preparing documents for e-signature and presentations
  • Providing general admin support and PA cover when needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Demonstrable experience in an administrative or team support role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a busy environment
