Job Description
The Essence of Your Role
You own the full DACH sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing for our new SaaS solution, claim.me.
- Prospect and open new logos across the DACH region. You identify the right retailers, create the opening, and run the process to close.
- Teach buyers to see the problem. Most prospects don’t know they’re leaving money on the table. You show them the data, make it real, and position claim.me as the fix.
- Pitch at C-Level and to Heads of Logistics and Customer Support. You know how to navigate complex buying committees and bring the right stakeholders along.
- Work directly with the Head of claim.me, Head of Product, and the CEO to sharpen the sales playbook, refine ICP targeting, and define how we go to market.
- Represent claim.me at key industry events and webinars across DACH.
Qualifications
What you need to succeed
- You’ve closed B2B SaaS or tech deals end-to-end, or have a strong motivation to get there.
- You ideally worked previously in a fast-paced or early-stage environment, and have an entrepreneurial drive: you don’t wait for a manual, you build it.
- You understand the pain points of online retailers, or you’re a fast learner who can quickly master the logistics space.
- You’re comfortable pitching to C-Level, Heads of Logistics, and Customer Support, and know how to navigate complex decision-making processes.
- Business-fluent German (C2) is required — you’ll be building commercial relationships across DACH. Strong English is essential for our international team.
