What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the success team to meet and exceed service targets.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for agents and customers, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Monitor performance, identify training needs, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Promote a collaborative, professional, and customer-focused team culture.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, Telco, or similar.
  • 2–3 years’ proven team leadership experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and people-management skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ticketing/SaaS tools.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
