Marketing Coordinator (LinkedIn Marketing, GoHighLevel, Remote – LATAM, U.S. Hours)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator who can execute, organize, and drive day-to-day marketing operations in a fast-paced remote environment.

If you’re strong in LinkedIn marketing, GoHighLevel, and digital execution, this role gives you real ownership and visibility. You’ll work closely with leadership, manage campaigns, and keep marketing systems running smoothly.

This is ideal for someone who blends operations + hands-on marketing execution and thrives in structured, high-accountability environments.

Responsibilities

Marketing Execution & LinkedIn Strategy

  • Execute and manage LinkedIn marketing campaigns, outreach, and engagement
  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on data
  • Support lead generation and digital marketing initiatives across platforms

Executive Support & Operations

  • Manage calendars, inboxes, and priorities for leadership
  • Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly meetings aligned with business goals
  • Ensure smooth operational workflows across marketing initiatives

Content Management & Organization

  • Build and maintain a centralized content library for marketing assets
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all campaigns
  • Organize and repurpose content for efficient distribution

Tools, Automation & Systems

  • Use GoHighLevel (GHL) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach and lead management
  • Build surveys and forms using Typeform or Jotform
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and campaign performance

Research & Content Development

  • Conduct market and audience research to improve positioning and messaging
  • Support creation of video content and marketing materials
  • Contribute ideas to improve campaigns and engagement

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or executive support
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and digital campaigns
  • Proficiency in:
    • GoHighLevel (GHL)
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Typeform or Jotform
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting founders or senior leadership
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing or operations
  • Background in digital marketing, content coordination, or growth teams
