Associate Proposal Specialist

Job Description

We’re looking for an Associate Proposal Specialist to join our Marketing team, supporting the delivery of high-quality client proposals across a range of investment products and asset classes. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your knowledge of financial markets while working closely with stakeholders across the business.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating and producing compelling responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and other client enquiries, helping to showcase our capabilities and support our commercial objectives. If you’re detail-oriented, collaborative and curious about investments, this could be a great next step in your career.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the coordination, development and delivery of high-quality RFP and DDQ responses using approved content
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Investment Management, Distribution, Legal & Compliance and other teams to gather and refine content
• Managing timelines for proposal delivery, highlighting risks and ensuring deadlines are met
• Maintaining and updating proposal content within internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Reviewing and editing documentation to ensure clarity, quality and alignment with brand standards
• Tracking proposal activity and outcomes to support continuous improvement
• Building knowledge of investment products, market trends and macroeconomic developments
• Contributing to a collaborative, inclusive team culture while delivering strong client outcomes

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience or strong interest in investment management or financial services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Excellent attention to detail and a highly organised approach to work
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Confident stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience
• Motivation to develop professionally, with an interest in pursuing IMC or CFA qualifications
