As a German Speaking Travel Support Advisor for Airbnb, you will play an important role in supporting travelers throughout their customer journey. You will help create smooth, reliable experiences for German-speaking customers while contributing to service excellence and day-to-day operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Handle German-speaking customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Support travelers with booking changes, cancellations, and general account issues.
  • Provide accurate guidance on Airbnb policies, payments, and reservation processes.
  • Maintain high service quality while meeting response time and performance targets.
  • Complete training and apply product knowledge to resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

  • German language proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
  • Good level of English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with travel or hospitality support topics such as bookings, cancellations, payments, or platform policies is a plus.
