  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for domestic and export markets (B2B & B2C) by analyzing market trends, competitor dynamics, and pricing fluctuations to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the search, acquisition, and development of new local and international buyers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring all agreements align with production capacity and quality standards.
  • Design and execute integrated offline and digital marketing programs to increase brand awareness, while defining market segmentation, product positioning, and pricing strategies based on coffee market trends and quality.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with buyers, distributors, roasters, traders, and business partners through effective negotiation processes.
  • Coordinate closely with operational and processing teams to ensure product availability and fulfillment (volume, quality, and delivery time) based on real-time market needs and feedback.
