- You will be responsible for the forecasting engine and will join an international team.
- You will be responsible for following main duties:
- Algorithm Design: Develop and tune time-series models ranging from classical econometric approaches (ARIMA, Exponential Smoothing) to modern ML (XGBoost, LightGBM) and deep learning (Temporal Fusion Transformers, N-BEATS).
- Hierarchical Forecasting: Implement reconciliation methods (bottom up, top down, or MinT) to ensure forecasts are consistent across different levels of the product hierarchy (SKU, product hierarchy, region).
- Experimentation: Conduct rigorous back-testing and A/B testing of model versions to quantify the reduction in safety stock requirements and out-of-stock incidents.
