We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient professional with expertise in Blueprint Analysis, AutoCAD Architecture, and AutoCAD Civil 3D to support the planning, design, and execution of residential and commercial real estate projects. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse developments, contributing to project design, technical documentation, site planning, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong architectural and civil drafting skills, a solid understanding of construction drawings, and the ability to translate project requirements into accurate technical designs. You will play a critical role in ensuring that project plans meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives while supporting efficient project execution from concept through completion.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and modify architectural and civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD Architecture and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, layouts, and construction plans to ensure project accuracy and feasibility.
• Prepare detailed site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, utility layouts, grading plans, and infrastructure drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and construction teams to ensure alignment between design and execution.
• Assist in project planning by preparing technical documentation, design specifications, and construction drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local building regulations, zoning requirements, and industry standards.
• Review project requirements and incorporate design changes, revisions, and updates as needed.
• Support site development activities by preparing land development and civil infrastructure drawings.
• Conduct drawing quality checks and maintain documentation accuracy throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical design issues.
• Maintain organized records of project drawings, revisions, and design documentation.
• Assist in project estimation, material planning, and technical evaluations when required.
• Support construction teams by providing clarification on design intent and technical specifications.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, design standards, and advancements in drafting technologies.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD Architecture and AutoCAD Civil 3D for architectural and civil design projects.
• Excellent ability to read, interpret, and create detailed blueprints, construction drawings, and technical plans.
• Sound understanding of architectural drafting principles, site development, and civil engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality technical drawings.
• Experience working on land development, infrastructure, site planning, or real estate development projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
