Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with chefs and fellow associates to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Contribute to menu innovation by suggesting seasonal or creative dish ideas.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and workstations in clean, organized condition.
  • Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
  • Deliver consistent quality aligned with Roswyn’s brand promise of refined hospitality.

Qualifications &Skills

  • Prior experience in a professional kitchen or culinary training preferred.
  • Strong passion for food, creativity, and hospitality.
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
