Starting Pay: $36.73/hour+ based on experience, skills, and assessment results
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Systems Technician to support manufacturing operations through equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements. This role focuses on maintaining electrical, electronic, and automated production systems to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial maintenance, electrical diagnostics, and automated manufacturing equipment.

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and electronic issues affecting production operations.
- Support equipment utilizing AC/DC motors, variable frequency drives, PLC systems, and power distribution components.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems operating up to 480 volts.
- Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
- Support maintenance of pumps, overhead cranes, motors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic equipment.
- Identify developing equipment issues and recommend corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Utilize diagnostic tools including voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and electrical testing equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Troubleshoot automated equipment, electrical controls, and distribution systems.
- Modify, install, and maintain electrical circuits and control systems when required.
- Provide technical support to maintenance and production personnel.
- Maintain maintenance records, repair documentation, and parts usage information.
- Follow established safety procedures and electrical safety standards.
- Support compliance with maintenance and operational requirements.

Documentation & Safety
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to successfully complete an electrical aptitude assessment.
- Three to five years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Experience troubleshooting AC/DC motors, electrical controls, drives, and power systems.
- Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems.
- Understanding of NFPA 70E and industrial electrical safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency with electrical hand tools, meters, and diagnostic instruments.
- Knowledge of shop math, measurements, and technical calculations.
