We are looking for an organised HR Coordinator to support our people operations remotely. In this role you will assist with the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to record-keeping, and help ensure HR processes run smoothly. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in South Africa. On a typical day you will maintain employee records, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, support recruitment administration, schedule interviews, and respond to employee queries. We offer a supportive remote environment, ongoing training, and the flexibility of working from home anywhere in South Africa.
Requirements
Previous experience in an HR administrative or coordination role preferred. Good understanding of HR processes and best practices. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup. Must be based in South Africa.
Benefits
Salary: R25 000 to R35 000 per month. Fully remote role with flexible working hours.
