We’re currently looking for an HR Generalist who is passionate about people operations, thrives in a fast-paced remote environment, and enjoys balancing employee support, compliance, recruitment, and HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate screening and interview coordination
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
- Processing and assisting with US payroll, benefits administration, and employee record management
- Serving as a reliable point of contact for employee concerns, HR-related questions, and workplace support
- Maintaining HR systems, employee files, compliance documentation, and confidential records with accuracy
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives, company culture programs, and retention efforts
- Monitoring compliance requirements, policy updates, training completion, certifications, and HR documentation
- Assisting leadership with HR projects, process improvements, SOP creation, reporting, and operational support
- Helping create efficient systems or automations that improve employee experience and overall organizational growth
In this role, you’ll become an important part of the team that helps keep both people operations and organizational systems running effectively.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who can confidently take ownership of HR processes while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and a people-first mindset.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience working in HR, preferably in a remote setup supporting US companies
- Hands-on experience with US payroll (Gusto, ADP, Rippling, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws, HR compliance, and HR best practices
- Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, workflows, and process documentation
- Comfortable working independently using HRIS platforms and HR technology systems
- Highly detail-oriented when handling payroll, employee records, and compliance documents
- Able to manage confidential employee and financial information professionally
Tools & Platforms Experience:
- Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
- Asana for task management and workflow coordination (preferred)
- QuickBooks, ADP, Rippling, ADP or similar accounting software (a plus)
- Zoom, Google Meet, and other virtual communication platforms
