About the Role

Re-Bath is seeking a driven and customer-focused Design Consultant to join our Charlotte team. This is a high-impact, in-home sales role where you'll guide homeowners through the remodeling process, from design to close—using our proven system, premium products, and company-provided leads.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners in their homes to assess needs and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions.
  • Guide customers through the full design process, including product selection and layout recommendations.
  • Build trust and deliver a consultative sales experience from initial meeting through close.
  • Create accurate project pricing and proposals using company tools and systems.
  • Close sales on the spot using a proven in-home sales process.
  • Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects as needed.
  • Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales (in-home sales experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust.
  • Comfortable closing sales in a one-call-close environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and design/pricing tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a 50-state background check and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales.
  • Previous experience in in-home consultation or design-based sales roles.
  • Success working in commission-based sales environments.
