About the Role
As a Influencer Marketing Specialist, your main focus will be to drive local influencer marketing by adapting global strategy, running end-to-end influencer campaigns, and building strong relationships with creators.
You collaborate across teams to ensure aligned storytelling, stay connected to cultural trends, and continuously track and optimize campaign performance.
This hybrid role reports into our Marketing Manager and is based out of Mexico Support Office.
A Day in the Life
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities:
Influencer Strategy & Campaign Execution:
- Implement the Global Influencer Marketing strategy and operating model in the local market
- Plan, execute, and optimize local influencer campaigns based on global strategies, ensuring activations resonate locally and perform on platforms such as TikTok and Reels
- Work closely with the global influencer team, following established ways of working and guidelines while adapting activations to local needs
- Manage influencer collaborations end-to-end including briefing, creator selection, timelines, and coordination with partners
Creator Identification & Relationship Building
- Identify and engage relevant local creators, building strong relationships with talent and agencies
- Stay connected to local cultural trends and emerging creators to identify new opportunities for the brand
Collaboration, Alignment & Performance Tracking
- Act as a liaison between the Global Influencer Marketing team and the local market, ensuring regional nuances while maintaining global consistency
- Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and impact, sharing insights and optimizing strategies
- Collaborate with Comms and Showroom to ensure alignment between Influencer Marketing and PR
Qualifications
Who You Are:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, Comms., or related field
- Deep interest in fashion and understanding of owned, paid, and earned media channels
- Proficiency in influencer management tools and campaign analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical, strategic mindset and planning skills
- Excellent relationship-building and communication abilitieS
- Minimum 3 years’ in influencer marketing, PR, or media
- Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
