What will your role be? 

We are looking for a Product Owner to perform the following activities: 

  • CSPS ERP Adoption and Migration: Gain expertise on the CSPS platform; create training materials for central and local users; support countries throughout the migration process.

  • Business Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements from headquarters and country organizations; translate business needs into functional specifications; challenge requirements and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Testing and User Support: Participate in testing phases alongside country teams; Provide functional support for both Run and Build activities; Ensure successful User Acceptance Testing and deployment readiness

  • Training and Documentation: Deliver training sessions to central teams, country organisation, suppliers; produce and maintain user manuals and process documentation

  • Change Management: Support stakeholders during transformation initiatives; Facilitate adoption of new tools and processes across multiple countries.

Qualifiche

What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies 

  • From 8 to 10 years of experience gained in several business and project environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Finance, Order Management and ERP-related processes
  • Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise applications

Soft skills: 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to become autonomous quickly with limited initial guidance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to coordinate international and cross-functional teams 

Languages: 

  • Italian (Fluent) 
  • English (fluent, oral and written)
