Job Description: Power BI & Python Analyst / DeveloperKey ResponsibilitiesPower BI• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports• Build efficient data models using Power BI Desktop• Write and optimize DAX calculations and measures• Perform data transformation using Power Query (M language)• Integrate data from multiple sources (Excel, SQL, APIs, cloud platforms)• Ensure report performance, data accuracy, and usability• Publish and manage reports in Power BI Service, including workspaces, datasets, and refresh schedulesPython• Use Python for data analysis, automation, and data transformation• Develop scripts for data extraction, cleansing, and validation• Work with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.• Automate recurring reports and data processes• Support advanced analytics such as trend analysis, forecasting, or statistical modeling (good to have)Required SkillsTechnical Skills• Strong experience with Power BI (Desktop & Service)• Proficiency in DAX and Power Query• Intermediate to advanced Python programming skills• Experience with SQL for querying relational databases• Understanding of data modeling concepts (star/snowflake schema)• Experience working with large datasetsSoft Skills• Strong analytical and problem solving skills• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities• Ability to work independently and in cross functional teams
