Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of camp operations supporting EIW and NWP project activities.
- Lead site supervision activities related to the construction and commissioning of the NWP camp.
- Coordinate accommodation, catering, housekeeping, maintenance, and facility services for project personnel.
- Serve as the focal point for all camp-related operational matters and stakeholder coordination.
- Promote and maintain a strong Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (H3SE) culture across camp operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of camp facilities and implement corrective actions where required.
- Develop and maintain camp management plans, emergency response procedures, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor camp occupancy levels and coordinate workforce accommodation requirements with HR and logistics teams.
- Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Manage camp inventories, budgets, operational records, and incident reporting systems.
- Coordinate with local authorities and relevant stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Resolve camp resident concerns and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure camp facilities are maintained to company standards and project requirements.
- Verify that the NWP camp is constructed and operated in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in camp management, facility management, civil supervision, or related roles, preferably within large-scale Oil & Gas projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position managing camp operations and multidisciplinary service providers.
- Strong knowledge of camp operations, logistics coordination, and facility management practices.
- Experience supervising construction activities related to camp infrastructure and site facilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and HSE requirements applicable to camp operations.
- Proficiency in facility management systems, reporting tools, and operational planning software.
- Degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
