We are looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Specialist & Administrative Coordinator (Must have Figma Experience) to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role offers a unique blend of marketing, design, and administrative duties, perfect for someone who thrives on both creative projects and operational support. You will contribute to impactful marketing initiatives while ensuring that administrative operations are efficient and seamless.

 

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Philippine Time
Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home
Employment Type: Full-Time

 
 

About the Role

This position is split equally:

  • 50% Marketing & Creative Support

  • 50% Administrative Support

 

We’re seeking someone who excels at producing engaging marketing assets and can also manage administrative tasks with precision and reliability.

 

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Creative Support

  • Design marketing materials using Canva

  • Create social media graphics, promotional assets, and branded content

  • Develop visuals for Facebook and other social media platforms

  • Assist with website wireframes and visual concepts

  • Support marketing campaigns and content production

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on creative projects

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials

 

Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments

  • Assist with email and inbox management

  • Respond to guest and customer inquiries

  • Upload and maintain HR and compliance documentation

  • Perform systems administration tasks

  • Track and report missing documentation

  • Keep accurate records and databases updated

  • Provide general administrative support across the business

 

Essential Requirements

  • Strong Canva experience

  • Background in both marketing support and administration

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and show initiative

  • Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup

 

Preferred Skills

  • Figma experience

  • Experience working with Australian businesses or clients

  • Social media management experience

  • Basic website/backend knowledge

  • Familiarity with marketing principles and branding

 

Bonus Skills

  • CapCut video editing

  • Experience with social media scheduling tools

  • Content creation experience

  • Basic website management
