Network Engineer

iKnowHow Group is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team grew more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2026 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.

We are now looking for a Mid-to-Senior Network Engineer to join our team and contribute to both daily operations and infrastructure projects within a large-scale manufacturing environment. The role requires strong hands-on networking skills, operational responsibility, and involvement in ongoing network improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support enterprise LAN infrastructure
• Support wireless infrastructure, including Access Points and WLC
• Manage and support IP-based CCTV / camera systems
• Perform cable termination and rack installations; oversee structured cabling activities
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability using monitoring tools
• Support firewall operations (FortiGate)
• Handle IP addressing, routing, and general network operations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco and Huawei networking equipment
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN and wireless networking principles
• Experience with network monitoring tools
• Familiarity with firewall technologies (FortiGate)
• Strong understanding of IP addressing and routing concepts
• Practical experience with structured cabling and physical installations
• Good command of English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with NAC solutions (Cisco)
• Familiarity with IPAM systems (InfoBlox)
• Exposure to OT (Operational Technology) networking environments
• Experience with CCTV / IP camera systems
