PE - Property Management Associate | U.S. Real Estate Operations
MyOutDesk
Posted 3 days ago
Are you supporting U.S. clients from a BPO or operations role — delivering results every day but still feeling like just another seat in a campaign?
At MyOutDesk, that changes. You won't be rotated between projects or assigned to a queue. You'll work directly with a specific U.S.-based client in the real estate sector, building a professional relationship that's built to last.
Since 2008, we've placed highly-skilled professionals with over 8,500 clients across real estate, healthcare, legal, and finance. Many of our team members have been with the same client for 2, 3, even 5+ years. This isn't a campaign — it's a career.
The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Property Management Associate to support U.S. property owners and real estate agents. You'll be the operational link between owners, tenants, and vendors — the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. homeowners and tenants — professional updates, conflict resolution, and follow-through
- Manage the full maintenance cycle: gather vendor quotes, schedule services, and confirm completion
- Support real estate agents with documentation, lease preparation, and property file compliance
- Track inspections, utility setups, and renewals in tools like Trello or Microsoft Teams until fully resolved
- Build and maintain SOPs for move-in/move-out workflows and recurring processes
- Onboard new tenants and follow up on occupancy and satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of verifiable professional experience in U.S.-facing operations, customer support, or real estate-related roles.
- Stable work history: no more than 3 employers in the last 3 years.
- English Mastery: Fluency (C1-C2) with a polished executive-ready voice and exceptional business writing skills.
- Technical Agility: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management or ticketing tools; experience with property software is a major plus.
- Ownership Mindset: Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle high-volume workflows without losing precision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. (preferred)
Benefits
- Financial Stability: Competitive salary with an employment contract from day one + all legal benefits.
- Health First: Comprehensive private health coverage (EPS included).
- Modern Workspace: A collaborative, high-tech office in the heart of San Isidro’s financial district.
- Training: Ongoing coaching in U.S. business etiquette and AI productivity tools.
- Direct, long-term relationship with your U.S. client — not a campaign, not a queue
Why MyOutDesk and not another BPO?
- Your client knows your name — you're not anonymous here
- Long-term placements, not rotating campaigns
- Employment contract and full benefits from day one
- Direct exposure to the U.S.
