Job Description
You will join the Product Marketing team in Paris and work closely with Victor, head of the team, who will ensure you have all the tools for success.
As aĀ Product Marketing Manager,Ā you will enableĀ growth by improving how Sociabble brings selected product features to market, supports adoption, and generates revenue from both existing and prospective clients.
In this role, you will work across Product, Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Knowledge to shape positioning, enable commercial teams, and strengthen the business impact of the features you manage.
Your scope may include offers such as AI Knowledge Agents, Sites & Pages, and Rewards. For these topics, you will help define the narrative, support go-to-market execution, and monitor performance over time.
What you will do
- Establish yourself as a go-to-market expert, internally and externally of the features you manage (such asĀ AI Knowledge Agents, Sites & Pages, and Rewards).Ā Your role will entail drivingĀ and monitoringĀ revenue growth for the specific go-to-market segment you oversee.
- ParticipateĀ in the development and expansion of theĀ Sales Enablement strategyĀ and materials.Ā ShapeĀ the narrative and educate the sales, pre-salesĀ and customer success teams on how to effectively present and sell your go-to-market feature.Ā Attend client-facing meetings to demonstrate ourĀ featuresĀ and gather feedback from potential and current customers.Ā
- FormulateĀ andĀ implementĀ effectiveĀ go-to-market strategiesĀ for newĀ and existingĀ features. Define marketing and sales channels,Ā establishĀ business targets, analyze the competitive landscape,Ā shape the pricing strategy,Ā outline marketĀ positioningĀ and key differentiators.Ā
- Collaborate withĀ cross-functionalĀ teams to create comprehensive communicationĀ and marketingĀ campaigns that clearly communicate theĀ featuresāĀ value and functionality. This involves developing social mediaĀ posts,Ā adĀ campaigns, landing pages,Ā SEO positioning, and more.Ā You'llĀ work closely with the marketing team to bring theseĀ initiativesĀ to life.Ā
- Contribute to cross-feature Product Marketing activities, including ourĀ monthly product release notesĀ showcasingĀ the latest evolutions to customers, roadmap presentations, analyst report analysis, and market research on specific business verticals.Ā
- Play a key role inĀ boosting product and feature adoption. Collaborate with the Knowledge team to offer the right training to end-users and implement targeted pop-ups and notifications to increase awareness of new features.Ā Develop product-led-growth initiativesĀ to foster upsell opportunities on existing accounts.Ā
- Co-organize events, including webinars, training sessions, workshops,Ā roadmap presentations,Ā beta tester launches,Ā and tutorials, aimed at promoting Sociabble to both current and potential clients.Ā
- MonitorĀ the performanceĀ andĀ business impact. Foster a sense of urgency within various teams, gather KPIs and track different touchpoints,Ā monitorĀ the sales deals,Ā and conduct frequent updates with various stakeholders to make necessary strategy adjustments.Ā
Qualifications

This role can be a strong fit if you enjoy working at the intersection of product, market, sales, customer success, and business impact. We are looking for someone who can turn complex product topics into clear messaging, useful enablement materials, and concrete go-to-market actions.
š Required experience and skills

- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Go-to-Market, Sales Enablement, Customer Marketing, consulting, entrepreneurship, or offer development.
- You have already worked on positioning, launching, promoting, or growing a product, service, offer, or feature. You understand how to connect what a product does with the value it brings to customers and internal teams.
- You are comfortable in a business-oriented environment. You can explain value clearly, support sales or customer-facing teams, contribute to demos or pitches, and gather useful feedback from prospects, customers, Sales, or Customer Success.
- You speak and write English at a minimum C1 level, and French at a minimum C1 level. You need to be able to write clearly, present ideas, and adapt your message to different audiences in both languages.
- You already use modern AI tools in your work. This can include ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools to structure your thinking, accelerate research, refine messaging, analyze information, generate ideas, or improve the quality of your work.

- Clear communication. You can turn complex topics into simple, structured, and convincing messages, both in writing and orally.
- Marketing judgment. You know how to improve a sales deck, landing page, blog post, visual, demo script, or enablement material with practical and precise feedback.
- Business mindset. You do not only describe features: you try to understand who they help, why they matter, how they can be adopted, and how they can support customer value or revenue.
- Cross-functional collaboration. You enjoy working with different teams, especially Product, Sales, Customer Success, Presales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Ownership and structure. You can manage several topics at once, move projects forward, prioritize, ask the right questions, and adjust when new information comes in.
- Curiosity for SaaS and AI. You are interested in how B2B SaaS products are positioned, sold, adopted, and improved over time, especially in a market where AI is changing both products and ways of working.
