Responsibilities
You’ll be the friendly, professional presence that represents our Service Department, delivering a first-class experience to every client who walks through our doors or calls in.
- Welcome and assist service guests in our lounge, offering refreshments and a first-class experience
- Support the Service Drive by assisting advisors and ensuring smooth client flow
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions via phone and email
Qualifications
- Required: At least 1 year of customer service experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Occasional Saturday shifts as needed
- Sundays plus one additional weekday off
Compensation
- This position offers $20.00.hour – $24.00/hour depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses, including Individual Appointment Shown incentives.
