- Monitoring and responding to queries related to the department.
- Preparation of QA statistics through data gathering and ensuring trend analysis.
- Provide secretarial support and assist QHSE department as required. Support on all QHSE matters, case to case basis and act as backup for other QHSE officers.
- Assist in follow up of various internal / external audits and external inspections.
- Monitor vessel position and send relevant guidance to vessels for high-risk ports.
- Monitor and arrange External Audits before the due date.
Requirements
- Knowledge & Skills
- Basic understanding of safety, quality and compliance practices.
- Awareness of the shipping/maritime industry is desirable; open to learning for new entrants.
- Skilled in data tracking, report preparation and record keeping.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and quick to learn new software.
- Good task management ability to handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
- Solid English communication skills (spoken & written) for multicultural teamwork.
- Self-motivated to improve work processes and standards.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
- Internship or project experience in data handling, reporting and coordination is an advantage.
- Experience in logistics, engineering or operational teams is a bonus, not compulsory.
