Structural Engineer

Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Structural Engineer for in-house structural design of a wide variety of projects, including, but not limited to, bridges and viaducts; earth retaining structures, underground structures; culverts and building structures, to join our busy and expanding experienced team. The team provides assessment, concept, feasibility, preliminary and detailed designs on a wide range of projects. Our group has an established track record of successfully delivering bridge engineering design for many years, throughout the USA and Australia, not to mention Canada or Middle East. You may have the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic Transportation projects, being part of a diverse and multicultural team. It can be a great opportunity for a CAD Technician that wants to boost his/her professional career on structural drafting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the structural design of industrial projects across various sectors.
• Ensure all assigned projects are executed in line with our quality management system.
• Support a collaborative, multidisciplinary design process by working across various engineering disciplines.
• Understand and respond effectively to client needs and expectations.
• Stay updated on industry standards, guidelines, and emerging technologies, and share relevant insights with your team.
• Collaborate constructively with colleagues, external partners (including architects, mechanical, piping, and other specialists), and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Requirements

• You are a qualified Structural Engineer, holding at least a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of technical experience in structural engineering, including the design and analysis of various concrete and steel structures.
• Experience with international projects (outside Romania) is considered an advantage.
• You are proficient in using Revit or Advance Steel for drafting and modeling.
• Experience with structural calculation software is a plus.
• You possess strong communication skills.
• You have a high level of proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
