Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Provide strategic HR advice on people-related matters and build strong stakeholder connections to identify key organizational needs.
- Co-manage recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the attraction of talent aligned with company needs and culture.
- Oversee the onboarding and training processes, from identifying development needs to implementing comprehensive plans that promote employee skill growth and professional advancement.
- Manage the talent management and performance management cycles, providing support to managers and employees throughout the process.
- Monitor and promote initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and engagement while fostering a positive work environment.
- Support employer branding efforts and internal communications to strengthen organizational attractiveness and culture.
- Track and analyze key HR performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an industry environment.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex HR challenges.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices and industry trends.
- Strong talent management and development skills.
- Experience with performance management systems and processes.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork skills, empathy, motivation and positive attitude toward challenges.
