Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 – 17:00, Friday 9:00 – 14:00
Location: Limassol, full on-site
Responsibilities:
· Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
· Welcome visitors and provide a professional first point of contact.
· Organize documents, files and company records.
· Schedule meetings, appointments and calendars.
· Support management and team members with administrative duties.
· Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors when needed.
· Assist with basic reporting, data entry and documentation.
· Assist with the organization of corporate events and team bonding activities.
· Ensure the office environment remains organized and efficient.
Requirements
· Fluent English (spoken and written).
· Minimum 1 year of experience in Office Administrator role.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and digital tools.
· Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
