Technician (HVAC and Kitchen Equipment)

Job Description

• Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on mechanical HVAC systems and kitchen equipment
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues with equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively
• Implement and follow preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and customer complaints
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports of all maintenance activities
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in facility maintenance
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while performing job duties
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or relevant technical trade.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance.
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
• Good reading and oral proficiency in English language.
