About LBAPS We are a rapidly growing ABA organization dedicated to providing life-changing Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our technology team plays a vital role in building and maintaining the systems that power our mission.

Position Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our in-office team. You will design, build, and maintain web applications and internal systems that support our growing organization and the families we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end web applications
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and build technology solutions
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical planning
• Ensure security and performance of all applications

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or similar)
• Proficiency in back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or similar)
• Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office environment
