We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to manage and optimize our contract portfolio. This role plays a key part in supporting business operations by ensuring contracts are structured, tracked, and executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage a wide range of contracts, including leases, vendor agreements, and business transactions
  • Track key dates, obligations, and deliverables across all agreements
  • Analyze contract terms, identify risks, and support negotiations
  • Maintain contract records and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date
  • Partner with internal teams to align contracts with business objectives and financial parameters
  • Coordinate with outside counsel on complex agreements and litigation support
  • Support document collection and organization for audits, disputes, and legal matters
  • Prepare reports and summaries on contract status and key developments

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

      • 4–7 years of experience in contract administration or a related field
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
      • Experience working with contract lifecycle management systems
      • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
      • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
    • Preferred Background
      • Experience in commercial contracts, leasing, or litigation support
      • Familiarity with contract management and document management systems (e.g.
