Structural Engineer - Steel Structure Specialist

Job Description

• Prepare static concepts, preliminary and main statics of industrial steel structures for both, tendering and execution phase
• Create verifiable static documentation and calculate load data
• Run static assessment of load-bearing systems
• Participate in project meetings for quotations and supplier selection
• Optimize erection concepts in close collaboration with the erection department

Qualifications

• Trained Structural or Civil Engineer with 5/7+ years’ experience in structural engineering of Steel and/or Support Structures for (power) plants
• Knowledge of Eurocode, FEM software (Rstab, RFEM, SAP2000). Naviswork and Tekla are a plus
• Good communication skills towards stakeholders and suppliers
• Good change-management skills, ability to work in remote teams
• Fluency in English and Italian, any additional language is a plus

Compensation

•Basic wage component (gross): 48000 euros per year

•This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
