Job Description
You’ll be ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day administrative support for different functions based in HQ and European subsidiaries. How?
- handling sensitive clients and partners communications
- preparation of reports and presentations, ordering office supplies, collaborating in projects
- organization of business trips, time, and attendance control, managing of expense reports
- writing documentation under the guidance of proposal managers, primarily in English
- handling general tasks related to the commercial register and corporate documentation
- regularly update customer communication systems, corporate portals and Intranet
Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience as administrative assistant or project assistant - preferably within an international matrix organization (industrial environment).
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Good knowledge of MS Office and tendering procedures
- Experience in organization of meetings/events and in travel/expense management
- Proactivity, impeccable manners, and effective communication skills complete the profile

Compensation
Basic wage component (gross): 36000 EUR/year
This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
