Job Description

You’ll be ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day administrative support for different functions based in HQ and European subsidiaries. How?

  • handling sensitive clients and partners communications
  • preparation of reports and presentations, ordering office supplies, collaborating in projects  
  • organization of business trips, time, and attendance control, managing of expense reports  
  • writing documentation under the guidance of proposal managers, primarily in English 
  • handling general tasks related to the commercial register and corporate documentation
  • regularly update customer communication systems, corporate portals and Intranet

Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience as administrative assistant or project assistant - preferably within an international matrix organization (industrial environment). 
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and tendering procedures 
  • Experience in organization of meetings/events and in travel/expense management 
  • Proactivity, impeccable manners, and effective communication skills complete the profile

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 36000 EUR/year

This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
