Role and Responsibilities:

As a Handyman for Attic and Crawl Space restoration, The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set and the ability to perform various repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

  • Perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs.
  • Inspect and diagnose issues in residential properties and determine the best course of action.
  • Complete projects in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in skilled trades such as drywall finish, carpentry or electrical work (at least 5 years) with a strong track record of successful project management.
  • Outstanding skills in Drywall, framing, plumbing, painting, stucco, plaster and demolition.
  • Worked in residential projects, understand the “white glove” service standard.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with customers.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record within 7 years
  • Strong problem solving skills

  1. Initial Video Interview with Recruiter
  2. In-person interview with Superintendent and Operation Manager (Please bring a copy of your resume to the interview)

  • All employees must successfully pass a background check, reference check, and drug test.

Details:

Job Type: Full-time, not remote

Work hours: Monday to Friday (starting 6:30 am)

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 (Salary)

Pay Structure: Bi-weekly paydays with direct deposit
