Job Description
The position is responsible for working closely with Director of Finance Hotel Operations by overseeing assigned country hotel finance teams. Responsibilities include ensuring financial transparency, compliance with Group guidelines, enhancing internal controls, and adhering to accounting standards through both onsite and offsite support. The position also involves analyzing hotel financial performance and collaborating with management and hotel teams to drive improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, with a CPA or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial experience in the hotel industry, in a senior level finance position with demonstrated leadership
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including generally accepted accounting principles
- Hotel Industry knowledge, Finance leader of a large-scale hotel
- Familiar with the Asia local business landscape and practices
