Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transportation providers.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs documentation, and import/export paperwork.
  • Monitor shipment status and update stakeholders accordingly.
  • Assist in planning and optimizing logistics routes and schedules.
  • Track inventory movements and support warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Resolve logistics issues, delays, or discrepancies proactively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
  • Good knowledge of shipping documentation and customs regulations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in freight forwarding or international logistics is a plus.
