Industrial Engineer - MC

Job Description

• Apply Industrial Engineering methods to improve efficiency and optimize cost in the Motorcycle Tires production area.
• Conduct time studies, analyze OEE/TEEP, losses, material flow, and benchmarking data.
• Identify improvement opportunities, calculate savings, and run feasibility studies with Production and Engineering.
• Lead improvement projects and workshops (workplace, layout, material flow, work organization).
• Implement and maintain standard times, SOPs, and CBS standards on the shop floor.
• Participate in business team meetings to drive OEE/TEEP and performance targets.
• Report improvements and present results in monthly production reviews.
• Ensure ESH compliance in the area of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Production Management.
• Experience in tire manufacturing processes and process optimization.
• Knowledge of time study methods (REFA / MOST / MTM), CBS, and lean tools.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and shop-floor engagement skills.
• Project management and cross-cultural exposure preferred.
• Good command of English.
