Role Purpose:
This role is the bridge between our digital control teams and the operation team. Candidate will be on the ground, ensuring that what happens on the warehouse floor and loading docks perfectly matches what is happening inside our Transportation Management and Fleet Management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. On-the-Ground Operations
Physically meet drivers, dispatchers, and AVL technicians at the site.
Verify actual deployment against the Transportation Management and Fleet Management systems data before clearing them for loading/unloading.
Dock Flow Coordination: Work side-by-side with the warehouse team to ensure the right trucks are physically loaded in the exact sequence optimized by the TMS.
Systems Management & Data Integrity
Order Lifecycle Monitoring: Track orders in the TMS from the moment they are placed, ensuring they transition smoothly into the TMS for transport planning.
System Exception Handling: Monitor dashboards for digital bottlenecks (e.g., failed API syncs, stuck orders, or routing errors) and troubleshoot them immediately to prevent delivery delays.
Digital Dispatching: Use the TMS & FMS to assign carriers, dispatch drivers, and log real-time delivery milestones.
Data Extraction & Reporting: Pull raw operational data from all three systems to create weekly reports on key metrics like on-time delivery rates, driver utilization, and freight costs.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile & Skills
Education: Fresh graduate with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
