Lead the development and execution of brand strategies to strengthen market presence, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. Manage marketing campaigns, product launches, OEM relationships, and brand performance while ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual brand and marketing strategies.
- Lead vehicle launches, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and communication across all channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with OEM partners to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and marketing requirements.
- Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign ROI and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales, aftersales, and dealer network teams to support business objectives.
- Oversee media, creative, digital, and event agencies to ensure high-quality execution.
- Track brand performance and recommend actions to improve awareness and market share.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of brand management, market research, and consumer behavior.
- Experience managing budgets and evaluating marketing performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
