Senior QA Automation Engineer - Front-End Testing

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer - Front-End Testing to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of large-scale web and mobile applications through modern automation practices. The role focuses on front-end automation testing, CI/CD integration, and maintaining high-quality user experiences across responsive digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end automated test frameworks
• Execute automated testing activities for web and mobile applications
• Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines
• Analyse and troubleshoot issues identified during testing activities
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application quality
• Support Agile delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement of automation practices and testing strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Front-End testing

• Strong understanding of test automation principles and best practices
• Hands-on experience with Cypress and/or Playwright
• Strong programming skills in Java or JavaScript
• Experience testing large-scale, responsive web applications
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile testing
• ISTQB Certified Tester
• Certified Test Automation Engineer
• ISTQB Agile Tester or equivalent certifications
