Job Title: Procurement Specialist
Location: Onsite - Alpharetta, GA

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for procurement of raw materials, reagents, consumables, packaging materials, and outsourced services for IVD manufacturing, ensuring quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.

  • Proficient in using NetSuite ERP for purchase requisitions, PO creation, approvals, receiving, and reconciliation.
  • Communicate and coordinate with domestic and international suppliers, using both Chinese and English for business communication, emails, and meetings.
  • Track purchase order execution and promptly resolve delivery, quality, quantity, and logistics issues.
  • Coordinate logistics and warehousing activities, including domestic and international shipments, to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Participate in supplier evaluation and management, assisting in maintaining the Approved Supplier List (ASL).
  • Maintain procurement-related quality system documents and records in compliance with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and company quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Manufacturing to support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Analytical skills with expertise in procurement or supply chain software (e.g.,NetSuite).
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication abilities.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of FDA, GMP, and ISO regulations.
  • Experience with global logistics and lean management principles.
  • Strong decision-making skills under pressure.
