As a customer support specialist, you will provide high-quality assistance to Swedish-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer support to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Stay informed about products, policies, and updates to better assist customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with paid relocation support.
