Position Summary
You will lead product management for AI-enabled marketing campaign orchestration and workflow solutions, with a focus on Storyteq as a core platform. This role connects strategy, content, data, and execution, enabling how campaigns are planned, created, reviewed, and activated across channels.
You will work in close partnership with Marketing Operations, who own campaign processes, training, and onboarding, while you own the platform strategy, roadmap, and capability evolution. Together, this partnership ensures scalable, compliant, and efficient campaign execution across marketing and agency teams.
We are looking for a product leader with strong marketing domain expertise who can bring a user-first mindset, make data-informed decisions, and advance AI and agentic capabilities to improve speed-to-market, quality, and operational efficiency.

Define and own the product roadmap for campaign orchestration and workflow tools, including AI-driven capabilities
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, legal, privacy, tech, and vendor partners to gather requirements and set priorities
Translate business and marketing needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready requirements
Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure platform capabilities align with campaign processes and ways of working
Drive adoption through intuitive product design and continuous improvement (with Marketing Ops leading training and onboarding)
Identify and scale AI and automation use cases, including intelligent workflow routing, content acceleration, and predictive insights
Measure campaign and workflow performance, using data to inform product enhancements
Manage vendor relationships and ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and quality standards
Partner closely with marketers, campaign planners, agencies, and data teams to understand user needs and workflows
Lead backlog prioritization and sprint planning with engineering and delivery teams
Define success metrics, track KPIs, and use data to guide product decisions and continuous improvement
Ensure campaign orchestration integrates with content systems, MLR/compliance platforms, CRM, analytics, and channel tools
Build cross-functional alignment through clear roadmaps, stakeholder updates, and transparent decision-making
Maintain product documentation, support user testing, and gather feedback to improve usability and outcomes
Continuously identify opportunities to embed AI and intelligent automation into campaign workflows

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of product management or equivalent experience delivering marketing, campaign, or content workflow solutions
Experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or content production environments
Experience with campaign orchestration, marketing automation, or workflow platforms
Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs
Experience using data analysis to define KPIs and measure campaign and workflow performance
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional marketing, technology, and agency partners
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Experience in pharma, life sciences, or other regulated environments (MLR familiarity preferred)
Experience with platforms such as Storyteq, Aprimo, Veeva, Adobe, Salesforce, or similar ecosystems
Experience with AI, automation, or agentic workflows in marketing or content operations
Familiarity with privacy, compliance, and health-related data regulations
Demonstrated success driving adoption and change across marketing organizations
Working knowledge of Agile development practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills

This role is hybrid with regular on-site collaboration and flexible remote working. Specific office and remote expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
