1.Optimize the recommendation quality and user profile in Mi.com website, provide users the best shopping experience；
2.Combine your understanding of product objectives and take full advantage of modern machine learning, NLP and Multimodal techniques to improve the recommendation result metrics；
3.Work with products and DAs, and other engineers to deliver features to drive the experience optimization of products. 职位要求Job Requirements：
1. At least 1 years of hands-on experience in search systems, with solid understanding of system architecture and core components (e.g., recall, ranking, exploration, nlp);
1.Bachelor degree or above in the field of computer science；
2.Proficient coding skills and strong algorithm & data structure basis in Java (required)；
3.Practical experience in one or more related areas such as NLP, Ads, Search, or Machine Learning；
4.Effective communication and teamwork skills, proficiency in mandarin is a plus, as the role involves collaboration with teams based in China.投递
