Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with PHP 7/8 and solid understanding of OOP, patterns, and clean code.
- Hands-on experience with Symfony (services, workers, console commands, queue integrations).
- Strong knowledge of MySQL (query optimization, indexes, EXPLAIN).
- Experience with Redis (caching, queues).
- Familiarity with AWS: S3, RDS, ElastiCache, ECS (Fargate/EC2), SQS
- Knowledge of IaC practices, preferably Terraform.
- Containerization: Docker, building production-ready images, layer caching optimization.
- CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, ECR).
- Understanding of networking basics (VPC, Auto Scaling, ALB/ELB).
- Experience in high-load environments and performance optimization.
- Python scripting for pre/post processing or infrastructure.
- Security awareness:
- JWT-based authentication flows.
- Experience with vulnerability scanning, patching, and dependency management.
- Secure configuration of cloud services and containers.
Nice to have:
- Monitoring/logging tools (Sentry, CloudWatch, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus).
- AWS GPU-powered instances for media/ML workloads.
- SageMaker for inference automation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Symfony-based APIs.
- Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
- Work with AWS infrastructure: introduce new services, optimize cost and performance.
- Build media processing pipelines: queues, APIs, workers, batch processing.
- Contribute to architectural decisions: caching layers, async processing, scalability.
