Sr Industrial Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiency: Lead plant cost reduction programs and FTG (Funding the Growth) projects.
  • Material Loss: Lead task forces to bring AML below target and control process losses.
  • Capacity: Manage line utilization studies, crewing optimization, and factory capacity for COS/MYR.
  • Standards: Conduct time studies, line balancing, and establish labor standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Consolidate KPIs, Roadmaps, and Reimagined Strategy for the facility.
  • Finance Link: Conduct PPR variance analysis, VCC balancing, and act as point of contact for Finance and NetOps.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process vulnerabilities and lead root cause analysis to improve plant performance.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Industrial Engineering or related).
  • Experience: Solid background in Manufacturing Operations.
  • Expertise: Previous experience in Industrial Engineering (essential).
  • Language: Intermediate English (desirable).
